What is ADAMM?

        The Automobile Dealers Association of Mega Milwaukee (ADAMM) represents more than 110 new-car and truck dealerships across the greater Milwaukee area. Founded in 1907, ADAMM has been the voice of local dealerships for more than a century—supporting their businesses, employees, and customers while strengthening the automotive industry throughout southeastern Wisconsin. We advocate on behalf of our members at the local and state level, and work closely with schools, colleges, and apprenticeship programs to inspire and prepare the next generation of automotive professionals.
 
        Beyond advocacy and workforce development, ADAMM brings the community together through events such as the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show, career fairs, and student competitions. We continue to drive progress by supporting businesses, creating career opportunities, and making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.

Milwaukee Auto Show

        It’s an experience!  Attendees are invited to sit behind wheels, ask questions and inspect engines in a non-selling environment.  By bringing together a wide array of new cars under one roof, the auto show serves as a valuable platform for the public to compare models, features, and technologies, ultimately enhancing their overall car-buying experience.

Auto Show Fundraiser

Our Auto Show Fundraiser is more than a showcase of great vehicles—it is the premier networking event for the automotive industry around Milwaukee. This event combines industry networking with a meaningful cause, bringing together dealers, technicians, educators, and partners while supporting the future of automotive careers.

Training

        ADAMM’s automotive sales professional and service writer training program stands out for its proven track record of success, comprehensive curriculum, and focus on practical experience.  For individuals looking to thrive in automotive sales or service writing, enrolling in ADAMM’s programs can provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel.

Feeding America

        In a collaborative effort with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, ADAMM dealer members teamed up for the Change Your Oil, Change Lives campaign, successfully raising over $820,000 providing over 2,400,000 meals for those in need.  This initiative showcases the power of partnership and community engagement in addressing food insecurity and making a tangible difference in the lives of those facing hunger challenges.

        ADAMM dealerships offer over 40 different positions under one rooftop, there is a wide range of opportunities to choose from.  We provide assistance to both the job seekers and to our dealerships, aiming to fill vacancies, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for all parties involved.

Automotive Education

Technicians of Tomorrow

        This competition plays a crucial role in nurturing young talent and fostering a new generation of skilled professionals in the automotive industry.  By participating in this event, students get to test their abilities and learn from their peers and industry professionals in real-world scenarios.  The winners receive prizes that can further support their journey into the automotive industry.

Tech School Partners

        Through partnerships with local Technical Colleges, students gain exposure to networking opportunities with industry professionals and potential career pathways within our industry.

Tools for Schools

        ADAMM supports the enhancement of local high school automotive programs by providing tool grants to area schools annually.  These grants supply the necessary tools for hands-on training within the classroom, aiming to equip students with the practical skills needed for future technician rolls in new car dealerships.

Scholarships

        ADAMM is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of future automotive technicians by providing scholarships annually to students pursuing automotive tech training at a Wisconsin Technical college.  In addition to our scholarships, we offer support to our partners who contribute to the education and training of aspiring automotive technicians.  We aim to cultivate a skilled workforce that will drive innovation and excellence in the automotive industry for years to come.
