Car Show Calender

          The calendar is about to flip to June, and when it does warm weather likely will be here for good. With the summer season comes a variety of vintage car shows, where collectors can show off their rides and spectators can walk around, oohh and ahh, reminisce and ask questions.

​          Dealer-sponsored shows are planned most weekends in the metro area. Many are annual favorites, some are new. Interested? Here is a list of the shows currently being planned that are sponsored by ADAMM friends and member dealerships. This list will update as shows are added or canceled throughout the summer.

Saturday, April 11 – Schlossmann Honda City's Cars and Coffee MKE will be held from 8 to 10:30 a.m. at the dealership, 3450 S. 108th St., Milwaukee. All makes and models are welcome, including classics, hot rods, imports, and bikes. Pets welcome. Free to attend; no registration required.

Saturday, May 16 – Cudahy High School's 1st Annual Custom Car Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the student parking lot. No entry fee; donations appreciated with proceeds benefiting the CHS Technical Education and Music Departments. Dash plaques for the first 100 cars. Sunday, May 17 – Wisconsin Early Mustangers & Ewald's Venus Ford 44th Annual All Ford Show from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ewald's Venus Ford, 2727 E. Layton Ave., Cudahy. Sunday, May 17 – Annual Cruisin' Hwy 16 Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ewald Chevrolet, N48W36833 E. Wisconsin Ave. (Hwy 16 at 67), Oconomowoc. Presented by Ewald Automotive Group and the Wisconsin Corvette Club, the show is open to all makes and models with relaxed judging. Registration from

​Saturday, May 30 – MATC Campus Car Show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the MATC Oak Creek Campus, 6665 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek. Presented by MATC and the Peak Hot Rod Crew, the show features a live DJ and food trucks. Entry fee is $10 per car; free to spectators. Saturday, June 13 – Milwaukee Area Volkswagen Club's 32nd Annual Volksfest from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bavarian Bierhaus, 700 W. Lexington Ave., Glendale. Sponsored by Ewald VW of Menomonee Falls, the show features air and water cooled classes, silent auction, music, merchandise/swap, and food and beverages. Sunday, June 21 – British Car Field Day Committee's 45th Annual British Car Field Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sussex Village Park on Main St. by Weaver Dr., Sussex. Sponsored by Fields Land Rover/Volvo of Waukesha, the show features only British cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Admission is charged; kids get in free. Saturday, June 27 – Uptown Motors' 80th Anniversary Car Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Uptown Motors, 1101 E. Commerce Blvd., Slinger. Open to all makes and models, including modern and classic cars, trucks, and bikes. Features food, music, and a BMX stunt show. The event benefits the MACC Fund.
